Enterprise offers a sensational selection of canapés and beverages to suit all tastes and occasions.  A range of beautiful menus incorporate fresh local produce, Australian wines and beers, perfect for a day on the harbour. As you enjoy the luxurious atmosphere and spectacular views your private chef will prepare and serve your chosen menu.

BYO 

A $500 flat fee applies for BYO beverages +$500 service fee if you also choose to BYO catering. 
Any BYO catering must be brought on board ready to serve, cooking facilities are not available on board. 
Beverages must be loaded at Rose Bay Marina prior to vessel departure. You will need to bring your own ice, which can be purchased at the marina.

Charter Costs
EXCLUSIVE CHARTER HIRE

March – October:              $700 per hour with minimum four hours per booking 

November – February:       $800 per hour with minimum four hours per booking 

Excluding New Year's Eve and all Public Holidays. Prices for these dates available on request.  

 

 

 

Charter rates include vessel, a fully qualified skipper and one deck hand.   Included in the price of the canapé menu is one personal chef. Wait staff are available at $55 per hour for the duration of the charter. Other staffing requirements are relevant to guest numbers: 

   1- 10 guests               No Additional staff

   11 – 20 guests            1 wait staff required
   21 – 30 guests            2 wait staff required

A private chef is available with a $275 fee in addition to catering costs.

 

Enterprise is a fully licensed vessel and staff are all trained in the responsible service of alcohol. If you have any special requests (ie. alternate catering menus and beverages) we are only too happy to source and accommodate this for you where possible.

 

All prices include GST and are subject to change. Your Charter Coordinator will quote relevant costs and packages to suit your requirements and preferred dates.
